By enrolling in the BYS Content Club (“Membership”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Overview
The BYS Content Club is a monthly digital membership that provides access to content creation resources, guides, templates, trainings, live calls, and related materials.

Your membership includes:

Monthly content drops (guides, resources, trainings, etc.)

Access to live Zoom calls (when scheduled)

Access to the course library inside ThriveCart Learn

Any bonus materials included during your active membership period

All content is delivered digitally.

2. Billing & Payment
This is a recurring monthly subscription.

You will be automatically billed every month on the same calendar date as your original purchase.

Your payment method on file will be charged automatically unless cancelled.

If payment fails:

Access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to revoke access after multiple failed payment attempts.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.

3. No Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access to digital materials:

All payments are non-refundable.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

No refunds will be provided for failure to attend live calls.

You may cancel at any time (see Cancellation section below).

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your ThriveCart account portal.

Cancellation stops future billing.

You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

After your billing period ends, access to all membership materials will be revoked.

We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Access & Account Responsibility
Your membership is for individual use only.

You may not:

Share your login credentials

Distribute, forward, or share membership materials

Upload materials to public or shared drives

Re-sell, repurpose, or redistribute content

If account sharing is detected, access may be immediately revoked without refund.

6. Intellectual Property
All content inside BYS Content Club — including but not limited to:

Scripts

Trainings

Call replays

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal business use only.

You may not:

Copy content for resale

Claim materials as your own

Modify and redistribute as original work

7. Live Calls & Scheduling
Live Zoom calls:

Are scheduled at our discretion

May be rescheduled if necessary

May be recorded and added to the membership library

We do not guarantee attendance availability if you cannot attend live. Replays will be provided when available.

8. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee:

Business growth

Revenue increases

Audience growth

Specific outcomes

Your results depend on your effort, consistency, and application of the materials.

9. Community Conduct (If Applicable)
If a community space is included:

You agree to:

Engage respectfully

Avoid harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior

Not promote unrelated services or spam members

Violation may result in removal without refund.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your membership without refund if:
